If your child has always wanted to try to gymnastics but circumstances hasn’t allowed time, Mind Over Matter Gymnastics is here for you!

Helping children of all ages, gymnastics circuits and stations will be utilized to teach to each individual and tailored to fit the needs of each child.

Whether your toddler is working on balance and coordination, maybe your 5 year old wants to learn a cartwheel, or your oldest wants to learn how to flip, our at-home gymnastics program can be tailored to fit any child no matter what age or experience.

Kids will learn basic gymnastics fundamentals, and overtime through consistency will show improvements in their overall fitness and strength. But most importantly we will strengthen their minds through self-esteem, confidence, and bravery.

At your preschool, gymnastics circuits will be utilized to teach gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, and strength, along with a child’s fine motor skills with the use of props and games. And we can’t forget the flips! Children will be introduced to forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and so much more!

Progressions, new challenges, and games are introduced every week to keep each student engaged so the fun never stops!

At your child’s Elementary School, we work on building strong bodies and strong minds week after week. Gymnastics circuits and stations will be utilized to teach and improve balance, hand-eye coordination, and strength. Students will also be introduced to safe and proper progressions for fundamental gymnastics skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers. Strong minds will be built through the gaining of confidence, bravery, and a positive mindset during every class.

A more concentrated and focus driven technique to our overall mental coaching. Designed specifically for athletes who need a little extra help in their mental game to be able to reach their full potential.

Mental Performance Coaches work with athletes one on one or in groups to identify where their mental skills could use improvement. We then give these athletes tools and strategies that they can use in order to break through their mental barriers.

Some examples of specific mental skills that are taught by our Mental Performance Coaches include focus, confidence, motivation, trust, managing expectations, and more.
